Information you submit in our forms: your name, contact details, address, a short description of your situation, your contact preferences and the permissions you select.
How we use it
To review your request and contact you about it. Information is shared with a service partner only if you gave permission to share and CTC approves the next step.
What we don't do
We do not use advertising pixels or session recording on our forms, and a request for help is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Please don't send
Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account details or other highly sensitive documents.
