Request Help lets you ask CTC One Stop to review your situation and, with your permission, connect you with an independent receiving service provider. Submit accurate information that you are authorized to provide and choose how CTC may contact you. Submitting a request does not establish professional representation, guarantee acceptance or promise an outcome, and this service is not for emergencies. CTC makes review and connection decisions; customers do not select receiving providers. Sharing your request with a receiving provider happens only with your separate permission, which you may withdraw for future sharing at any time by emailing info@ctconestop.com. Rep and Vendor applications
CTC One Stop is currently accepting Rep and Vendor applications. Submit accurate information that you are authorized to provide and authorize CTC to contact you about your application. An application is a request for review, not an offer of employment or paid work, a guarantee of acceptance or a promise of compensation. CTC makes application review decisions. Approval and account activation are separate; approval alone does not create or activate portal access. Any later operational access or compensation requires separate CTC authorization and applicable written agreements.
